TÜV SÜD Singapore needed a secure data tracker to follow the commercialization journey of transformative technologies, integrating data from multiple sources into one place.

- Led the project and supported the team in delivering core functionality

Project lead — technical delivery and team support, later also led UX/UI and architecture design and deployment on a related follow-on change request.

Delivered a working, secure, standards-aligned data tracker; follow-on engagement praised for the same team taking on UX, architecture, and deployment end-to-end.
